Home Support
We provide reliable high-quality in-home support tailored to each participants. Individual needs preferences and NDIS goals. Our flexible services are designed to promote comfort independence and well-being while supporting daily living in a safe and familiar environment.
Our Home Support services include:
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Household tasks including cleaning laundry and general home upkeep
- Meal planning grocery preparation and cooking support
- Health and well-being support including fitness and lifestyle routines
- Medication, assistance and monitoring
Community Access
Our team provides personalised community based support design to help participants achieve their individual NDIS goals. We encourage meaningful participation in social recreational and community activities while fostering confidence, independence and connection.
Our Community Access supports include:
- Assistance with shopping banking and bill payments
- Support to attend medical and allied health appointments (GP physiotherapy occupational therapy)
- Participation in recreational activities such as horse riding, fishing and cooking
- Access to local community groups and social programs
- Participation in recreational and lifestyle activities such as dining out attending events, hobbies and personal interest
Volunteering & Workforce Intergration
We build strong partnerships with local businesses to create meaningful volunteering and employment pathways for our participants. These opportunities provide valuable hands-on experience help develop essential life skills and workplace skills and support greater independence and community inclusion.
Our goal is to empower participants with the confidence, skills and experience needed to pursue future employment and achieve their personal goals.
We are proud to support participants currently volunteering and working with respected local organisations including Domino's Pizza, Jochheims pies and the Bowen Tourist Centre.
As a dedicated disability support service we value collaboration with local businesses and are always seeking new partnerships within our community.
Group Programs
Community access social engagement (C.A.S.E) Group
This group based development program is focused on socialising, building communication skills, planning and preparing meals and developing life skills within the Bowen community.
