Our Services

We provide around the clock in- home support to our clients. Our supports are flexible and can be customised to your own needs and goals. 

We can assist with:

• Personal care
• Household chores such as cleaning, washing etc. 
• Meal plans, food preparation and cooking
• Health and fitness
• Taking medication

Our staff provide community based support. We ensure clients can reach their goals through participation in recreation, social and community events. We believe creating and working towards independence within the community is important. 

Community Supports include:

• Access to gym and personal training
• Assistance with shopping, paying bills and banking
• Assistance to attend specialised appointments (GP, Physio, OT)
• Recreational activities etc. horse riding, fishing or cooking 
• Access to community groups

We have close relationships with local businesses within our community. Volunteering gives our clients a hands on experience and access to learn important life skills and gain independence. Our aim is to provide clients with job skills for future employment and to promote inclusion within the community. 

Currently we have clients volunteering at our local Florist, Hardware Store and Bakery. We are extremely proud as a Disability Support Service to be working along side some great local businesses. We are always looking for more businesses to come on board.
